Housekeeping

Before we get to the main event, I think it's important to deal with some house-keeping issues.

I know my love, I hate it just as much as you. But I'm doing it with you ultimately in mind. You see, I want you to get the most out of this humble Pillow Blog; I didn't dick around with the links and put up the extra information for my own enjoyment or information.

First, allow me to get the whoring out of the way. If you like what you see here, please click that 'Follow' button...top right...yeah right there. Thank you: My gratitude overflows like a New Orleans sewer after a minor downpour, and you have my undying love and admiration.

OK, with that embarrassment out of the way, let's move along. Across the top is information you prospective JETs may find useful; my infinite wisdom regarding the JET application, SOP, and Interview. Also on top are a list of useful Japan/JET related links (under 'JET Resources'). Finally, I've also included some information on Yours Truly, and the inspiration for this blog.

In the event of a procrastination emergency and productivity failure, follow the links on your right; they will lead you to safety (in the form of hours more of non-productive time).

All of the other JET/Japan related blogs are definitely worth a look. Some are JET blogs, some are other foreigners living in Japan, but all will provide a perspective on Japan that is certainly worthy of exploring.

Finally, there is the 'Why I love Japan' section. In here I've included the various phenomenon, places, or people which make me tingle with love for the Land of The Rising Sun. Classy things like host clubs and street fashion, and subtle things like Shibuya. This section will likely grow, and I intend to give each of the things on the list the dignity of its own post eventually.

And don't forget, I also do add actual posts once in a while.

If you have any suggestions for interesting links, blogs, or ideas for posts I'd love to hear them.

In the meantime, one more parting reminder: If you love me, you'll click my links.
